AZAMAT ASANGUL

Born in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, Azamat began his dancing training at age 10 and graduated from the Vaganova Academy in 2010. He has danced with a number of professional companies internationally, including the Moscow City Ballet, Universal Ballet in South Korea, Russian National Ballet, Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, and Island Moving Company in Newport, Rhode Island. Azamat is currently in his third season with Festival Ballet Providence.
